Veterans of large firms, Burch Dunn, Bob Berry, and Mike McNeil understood the enduring qualities of their experience, but wanted true adaptability and the entrepreneurial energy of a new firm. They aspired to build a firm that: was client and community focused; had its roots in Maine; provided national caliber expertise to its clients; stressed employee satisfaction and emphasized balance between work and personal life; and, made community service an integral part of their lives.
